• There’s an announcement; buzz about a shift in direction that could effect policy or even regulation.
• People are avoiding your calls or emails, or they can’t answer your questions. No one seems to know what to do about it, or how to fix it.
• Change is in the air, and you don’t know which way the wind is blowing.
• Your intuition is telling you something has changed. You’re worried that out of the blue, things could grind to a halt.
